These 360 views are driven by a Java Applet. To work, Java Applets require a Java plug-in to be installed in your browser.

Many PCs may not have this plug-in installed by default.

To find it, go to the Sun Java Plug-in page here and download and install the Java Run-Time Edition (JRE). All major browsers can be configured to use the JRE. Unfortunately, these are rather large files.
