The Crofters House and Barn is a newly opened B&B overlooking the historic town of Wirksworth. The house and its adjoining barn are situated on a private road near the crest of Greenhill. Though only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Wirksworth it is in a very peaceful location. We have private parking for our guests opposite the house.

Built in 1680, and later, the Old Manor House is of Derbyshire sandstone with many original features preserved. Its current custodians restored the house during the last 18 years and furnished it in traditional style, including beautiful antique four-poster beds, creating an elegant and comfortable home.
