Just what you are looking for ... romance, comfort, value for money.  A "boutique style" bed and breakfast - fabulous bedrooms, gorgeous interiors, a hot tub spa to relax and invigorate.

This farm nestles in a magical valley where romance and dynasties have made history...

Film directors want Haddon's atmosphere for their films and bring their camera crews, top-class actors and actresses to re-create the spectacle of medieval England.

Guests comment...time after time:
"Not your usual sort of Bed and Breakfast".
"the best place I've ever stayed".
"Such a relaxed, friendly atmosphere".
"the best bed I've ever slept in".
"So good we had to stay a second night".

FABULOUS SCENERY: We are at the heart of The Peak District National Park with everything here for memorable weekends. The views are great of near and distant hills, stone walls, leafy field margins and mile-high skies. Lace up your boots and go!

THE APPEAL OF A FARM: Our award-winning farm is set in an enchanted river valley with the ancient market town of Bakewell just a short stroll away.  The River Wye meanders through the farm and down the road to the medieval Haddon Hall.

BEAUTIFUL INTERIORS - AMAZING BEDROOMS: A featured home in "BBC Homes and Antiques" magazine, you'll know from the moment you cross the threshhold this is an exceptionally beautiful place.  I've indulged my sense of fun and fantasy "going to town" decorating and furnishing our guest bedrooms.  Time after time, our guests comment on the fabulous night's sleep they've had in our exquisite beds.  What is a hotel or B&B but first of all - a place to sleep.  So we've blown the budget for your sake - fabulous French linen and best quality beds.

Bakewell is a short stroll away, where great dining and shopping beckons. This ancient market town has interesting courtyards and boutiques, a riverside promenade and park. A visitor will soon start to feel the stress melt away and feel at home; familiar and relaxed. We enjoy making new friends as guests return time after time for more of the same delights.

The nearby surrounding area has:
Archeaological interest - Stone Age circles and henges,
Industrial Heritage - Arkwright built his first mill near here,
Stately Homes - Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall are amongst the best in the U.K..
