The Hayloft is a completely self-contained luxury converted original old hayloft with access via original old stone granary steps rising from the quaint, colourful courtyard full of cottage garden plants and wild birds.

Panoramic views from The Hayloft take in the lovely landscaped gardens, private paddock (where you can exercise your dog) and wooded hillside towards Stanton Moor and rolling farmland towards Darley Hillside and Beeley Moor.

Natural stonework, original king post truss and old pine timber framing give an olde worlde atmosphere to the high class accommodation which has been tastefully restored, decorated and equipped to a luxurious standard with old pine furnishings and brand new recently laid carpet.

The warm and cosy accommodation includes an open-plan sitting room with comfy cream sofa and easy chair, remote control 32" flat screen television with FREESAT, and radio/CD player. A dining area and pine kitchen with oven and hob, microwave and full size fridge-freezer all make for easy, comfortable living.

There is a spacious, double bedroom with comfortable Victorian brass and iron bed with duvet. A vanity unit with gold taps is set in an alcove alongside a fitted wardrobe, and there is a dressing area overlooking the courtyard and en-suite shower and toilet.

Sitting out furniture is provided in the gardens for you to enjoy the views and my own free-range chickens provide lovely eggs with that long-forgotten taste for your breakfast.

There is ample safe car parking available in the gardens and a barbecue is available on request.

BABIES - A cot can be provided on request and baby sitting by arrangement.
One small well behaved DOG is welcome by arrangement.
