The front door opens directly into the cosy lounge, with comfortable settees and armchair. This has an open fire situated in the old range, 2 bags of coal supplied. Television, DVD player, CD player with radio, and WIFI are all supplied. |

The Kitchen /Diner has an original door and flags on the floor, it is well equipped with fridge freezer, dish washer, washing machine with dryer, microwave, and cooker with ceramic hob. There is a table and chairs and wooden worktops and drawers. From the kitchen a there is a back corridor with two cupboards, and back door to a private rear yard. Here there is a shower room with toilet and wash basin. Heated towel rail.
