There is a fire alarm system installed and due to the age of the property I regret that logs and candles may not be used in the property. Coal will be left for the fire along with firelighters and the fire will be laid ready for use.

De Longhi oil filled radiators are situated in all rooms and there is an immersion heater for the hot water, electricity is included in the price.
