WARREN CARR BARN is a range of beautiful old 18th century farm buildings sympathetically restored by the present owner, Cherry, over the past 17 years. They are full of character with exposed original stonework and timbers, and are idyllically set in rambling gardens (which will delight the keen gardener), directly adjoining glorious open countryside.

Situated about half way between Matlock and Bakewell, a little off the beaten track, it is an ideal base for walking holidays and exploring the dales and peaks of beautiful Derbyshire and the Peak District National Park.

Bed and Breakfast Accommodation

You will be made extremely welcome in the relaxed and friendly atmosphere and the luxurious, beautifully decorated and furnished double bedrooms, providing high class, comfortable accommodation. One bedroom has a shower room en-suite, and romantic four-poster bed, another a Victorian brass & iron bed and huge private bathroom with bath and separate shower.

A television, tea and coffee making facilities and a fridge for your wine or champagne are provided in the bedrooms, together with a hair dryer and a radio clock alarm. Ironing facilities and a telephone are also available on request.

Breakfasts - a full breakfast menu is available, including generous full English or Vegetarian Breakfasts, with our own 'real' free-range eggs and home-made preserves.

Warren Carr Barn is the ideal business person's peaceful and relaxing stop-over. There are numerous local country pubs nearby where you can enjoy a meal.
