Orchard House is situated in the heart of this beautiful village by the River Wye and Sheepwash Bridge. The accommodation comprises one twin and two double bedrooms (one en-suite), bathroom, lounge, dining room, kitchen, and enjoys a private garden - all within easy walking distance of local amenities. The major Peak District attractions are only a short drive away.

Orchard House caters for up to 6 people and is provided with bedding, linen, towels, gas central heating, oven, hob and microwave, TV, DVD and radio/CD player and central heating throughout.

You enter the accommodation from a short path, into the main hall off which is the well equipped and fitted kitchen with all the essentials you will require for your stay (a rear door takes you to the private parking area). Off the hall and to the rear is the good sized lounge, with a door leading onto the rear garden from which you can take a walk to the local village playing fields.

At the opposite end of the hall is the separate dining room, with an electric coal effect fire, and some further occasional seating.

The stairs lead to the bedrooms, the main bedroom with a double bed, and its own en suite shower room with hand basin and toilet, the room enjoys views across the rear gardens. The second bedroom has a further double bed, the third bedroom having two single beds. The main bathroom has a bath with shower over, hand basin and toilet.
